What need Whoisper intends to satisfy?

What is an "Opportunity" ?

Opportunities are the chance to buy or sell a product/service or to collaborate with an operator that deals products/services that might be interesting to your business partners. If you are searching a product/service they are called "Requests", if you are selling a product/service they are called "Offers", if you are searching relationships with other corporate entities they are called "Collaborations".

I am a buyer. If I sign in, will I be reached by anyone willing to sell anything to me?

NO. The system will allow only opportunities that are compatible with the criteria you specified in your requests. Who is offering different products or with higher prices than your budget or that haven't the minimum reliability will not get the chance to see your requests and contact you.

I am a seller. If I sign in, will every user see the offers for my potential customers?

NO. The system allows only to read your offers only if the criteria between who offers and who buy are compatible. An offer for a partner category (eg. retailers) will be never read from a good's producer or a small retailer.

Can it be integrated with marketing systems?

Whoisper allows Search Engine Marketing, Direct Marketing, Social Media Advertising, Offline Advertising and e-Commerce integrations giving high economic results in short periods. We give freely several tools as QRCodes, dynamic Landing pages and information Tokens, all of which are extremely simple to use and very effective.

Why do I need to supply my phone contacts and all the Company Information ?

Whoisper ensures the identity of all the partners. Every entity is carefully verified in order to avoid frauds and entity overtake coming from subjects that have nothing to do with the company subscribing to our service. If Whoisper don't certify the user, the registration will be refused.

I'd like to start using Whoisper only from the Web Site. Is it possible or do I have to ask to my IT Department to automate the data streams ?

We recommend to use only our Website for the beginning. When Whoisper will become your main tool to trade opportunities and you want your information system to deal with every management step, you'll be able to integrate other technologies.

I'm a buyer. I evaluated some offers but once contacted th seller, prices or product tipologies were different from the ones specified. How should I behave ?

Whoisper encourages his members to make an assessment on the partner and/or on the specific opportunity reviewed. If you are not satisfied, you can report into the rating area in order to let Whoisper check and lower the rating accordingly. In the most severe cases, Whoisper will suspend the user from the system.

I'd like to start but I'm I don't know how to use the system: in order to not screwing up things, how do I behave ?

Whoisper supplies a clear documentation (also on videos) that explain every phase of the management. If you like, after your subscription has been approved, a consultant can assist on the first use.

Can I exchange opportunities also with foreign partners? Which ones ?

Virtually with all of them.
